Release 1.4

[phpfreechat]

It has been released and can be downloaded.
Here is the changelog:

This will be the latest release for the 1.x branch.
The code is old and need a total rewrite.
I'm working on phpfreechat 2.0 with these goals:

I had to register and say thank you for the work on this. As a very recent new user of this I'm glad it's still getting attention and it has allowed me to keep a community together that would have broken apart otherwise.
