phpBB .. help pls..

Hello all.. I am a bit weak in programming..
But I would like to include chat into my forum..
My idea is to have it in footer of forum after user LOGIN..
I dont want not logged people to see the chat or to see that there some chat is..
But I really dont know how to do it.. that is why I am posting here..

Can someone help me pls?


I use phpBB 2.0.22.

So how can I do it?
