phpFreeChat settings cache!

I am using drupal 5.1 with phpfreechat 5.x-1.x-dev and og 5.x-1.1. I have attached this phpfreechat module with event calendar module but when I go to main page I face 'phpFreeChat settings cache cleared' message about 15 times. But on some pages it doesn't show
Need help to understand it and its solution.
