Chat cannot see all the online user...

hi, the users sometimes cannot be seen as online by phpfreechat final version. why does this happen? when user is invisible, admin cannot ban it, because it is not a member of the chat, but it keeps on swearing.

Why might be the problem?

Admin even cannot see the ip of the problematic user.

I never encountered such problem... it you find a way to reproduce the problem I could investigate.

I am having this problem and a few minutes ago I had the same problem. I dont know why.

When the immoral user does something wrong I try these;

/whois nick " this code doesnt show user ip"
/kick nick " doesn't work"
/ban nick " doesn't work"

But ıf when i apply /whois and chat shows the ip of the user I can ban it. If I cannot see the ip chat don't think they are online.

ıf you want i give you a pass and a username and you can test the chat. I have alway many users in the chat, they try to develop english writing skills.

Maybe look into the raw chat logs and find the lines where the immoral user send messages : data/private/logs/
The user certainly uses some special characters.
