Can you post your chatroom file for me? I'd like to see your parameters. Also, if you've made any changes, your global config file.

Normally, the chat would have no way of identifying a user, even with the handle you gave as an example. The chat doesn't randomly search your website for a name you're using... so we have some sort of coincidence that I'd like to look into.

Either way, the chat, on it's own, cannot print the user's real name. You will need to use another piece of software on your site for registration if you want them to have a username and real name login. Are you using any other software currently... such as a forum for example?

Uh, I don't need whatever it is you just posted, heh... go ahead and remove that. Let me be more clear:

1. The file which actually calls the chatroom and assigns it's parameters. On a default installation, that is index.php.
2. ONLY IF YOU'VE MADE CHANGES, the global config file for phpfreechat. If you don't know what that is, you haven't made changes to it. ;)
3. The names of any extra software packages you're running for your site. For example, phpbb or wordpress.
4. A link to your chat would be extremely helpful as well.
