message repeated in automatic rifle in chat

I have installed utchat component 9.2 for joomla and all it works correctly.
There is a single problem:
when I write in chat the message comes inserted many times in automatic rifle ..3, 5 time
example I write: hello (1 Time), but in chat I see it to appear many times .

12:30 <nick> hello
(after little time)

12:30 <nick> hello
12:30 <nick> hello
12:30 <nick> hello
which it could be the problem
