Smiley box and frozen_nick

Hi,

Two bugs it seems:

1) frozen_nick does not do anything. I can still change my nick using /nick <new_nick>

Using a configuration like:

$params["nick"] = iconv("ISO-8859-1", "UTF-8", $_GET['nick']);
$params["frozen_nick"] = true;

Where $_GET['nick'] is supplied from the CMS in which phpfreechat is embedded.

2) Using the following configuration:

$params["showsmileys"] = false;

On IE (latest version), when clicking the 'show smiley box' icon sometimes shows the smileys. Other times it hides the nick name list. Just broken on IE!

Another thing (might be a feature) you can't have both:

$params["showsmileys"] = false;
$params["btn_sh_smileys"] = false;

This will display the smiley's on startup, and will not show the button. I would think the upper configuration should hide the smiley box on startup and should hide the button icon.
