change chat room name and admin panel in english

hello,
how do i view the admin panel in english?
i've seen a suggestion where someone said to translate but how exactly do i do that?
and is there a way of not saving what has been entered into a chat room?
for example, after logging out, i do not want the chat room to show what has been entered earlier.
and can i modify the room names?
