Virtual Keyboard integration

Hi all
I wanted to integrate PHP free chat with a virtual keyboarded script written in JavaScript and to add a button “Switch Language” near the “Send “ button so that the user will be able to change between different languages .I will be grateful if any one of you give me the hint.
