0-15ms why is that?

Hi, i installed phpfreechat 11 beta it was quite good until today. The refresh time of the chat was between 150 ms and 400ms but now it is 0 - 15 ms. visitors cannot login. I thoughy my server has some problem and asked them. They checked and no problem with my host...

I just run a unitialized demo in http://www.okuogren.com/1chat/demo/ and I got these warnings...
Maybe pour host provider disabled some php features ?

i informed the host provider, you are rght about the files in httpdocs/1chat/data/public/themes/default/ in this path the files in default cannot be deleted, cannot be renamed i got error 550: Permission denied. At first host said, we cannot give more admistiration for your account, I dont know what's gonna happen now.

I also complained about .htaccess file deleting. I always have to open cmd and manually delete these files.

I also told them the situation. If you find any other solution, pls let me know thank you for all...

I installed this one, and also other versions they dont work either...

If the problem had been with my host provider. It couldnt have worked at first.

The problem existed unexpectedly, everthing was fine, i was using the chat and suddenly I saw whole chat refreshes very often and 0-15 ms.

Yess the problem is : the ajax Javascript file could not be included...

I insalled Stable version http://www.okuogren.com/09/ and also on stable version chat cannot read xajax.js and the others. I tried the change the path to scr/phpfreechat.class.php but i couldn't. I also made each file chmod 77. I dont understand why chat does not read files even images under data/public

I don't think the problem is with my host, because i used to use phpfreechat before everything was going well, until this damn bug

Any solution?

Hi Zooky,
I had a look at the: http://www.okuogren.com/chat/
You're right the chat refreshes too much.
And other demo pages giving all the copy and chmod errors.

I noticed the [client_script_path] => /var/www/vhosts/okuogren.com/httpdocs/chat/index.php
which seems to be wrong, try setting this config manually in the code
and maybe also the $params["client_script_url"] = "./data/public/js/";(change accordingly).

The problem with the copy and chmod seems to be because of the limited access to the data public and private directories. Have you got the access permissions set right. I am not sure how u set them in linux, I read that you have deleted the .htaccess file, which is not good. htaccess is to give permission to pfc to write stuff to the data directory while denying others. Try restoring it.

Now a extracted a new set up and uploaded it. In accordance with your suggestions, i am still having problem. I know there is a problem related to /public folder chmod. I used ftp, filezilla and cuteftp for uploading and setting chmod 777. The first thing i noticed is that before i didn't set chmod to /data/public/js/ files to 777, all the javascript files under /js folder was not set. The first time i tested it, it gave javascript error. After i set all the /data/public/js/ files 777 and chat window appeared but refreshing like an angry bull.

I don't know what the problem is.

When beta11 released for the first time, it was okay. However, one day it suddenly gone away and never worked again.

What what about changing javascript files dir, i mean maybe index.php cannot read it under public. What if we pu it near index.php?

.htaccess is in /private it contains the code below.

You cannot believe this, even I CAN NOT BELIEVE... something or somebody controls my system, until this time the chat was not working but, something happened and it started to work, i did not understand. Excep nsj's suggestion, my previous chat wich does not funtion now works...

Like it stopped suddenly, it started working suddenly.. Maybe my host changes something
