Fix nicks with spaces

Setting the nick in php using params["nick"] truncates the nick on the first space. Would it be possible to replace the regular spaces with UTF-8 non-breaking spaces like ?

what version of pfc you have?
on 1b10 works fine with spaces...

I replaced the data/public/js/pfcclient.js from your 1040 tag. It works! Two minor issues:
1) as soon as I log in, I get an error message that I cannot change nicks. (Yes, I have the frozen nick parameter set to true.) Yes, I cleared the browser's cache and cookies.
2) the part of the nick is not boldfaced in some cases. Here's a screenshot:

Nevermind. I wiped everything out completely again and reinstalled. The problems seem to have gone away.
