[FIX] frozen_nick and command /nick

Hello,

Sorry for my poor english. Nice chat but i have a problem.

I use the param : $params["frozen_nick"] = true;

User can not change his password with the button but the command "/nick NewName" always works....

How can i prohib user to use this command ?

i noticed this also in my chat room. i implemented the frozen_nick command and i can still change my nickname simply by clicking the nick button.

Why is that???
