Bug: reconnect after time-out appends discussion to itself

IMHO, this is a bug: when a user nick times out, and he reconnects using /connect nick, the discussion thread is re-downloaded and appended to itself, so we get 2 times the same 20 lines.

In the latest SVN revision (1009) when someone timeout because of a very bad internet connection, he will be automatically reconnected when the next update will be done.
This reconnection will run a special /connect command that will not get again the old messages and not rejoin the already joined channels.

So I think this bug is fixed.
