chat dont work

Hi all i,m new . I have the latest version of the chat on my server. But it whont work. See the errors pleace.

I think your
"/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/jou-site.nl/httpdocs/src/../data/"
directory is not writable. The user, under wich the chat runs, needs write access to the data path.

What file need permision?? Its not readable . I trei it whit 777 and cmon 775.
