Reusing the setup.php script

I installed phpFreeChat using phpfreechat-0.8-setup.php , and it worked great!
I was wondering, where I could get the installer by itself without phpFreeChat? Or is there a way to modify the php setup file, remove the phpFreeChat files & replace them with my own? I did a Google search, and either put the wrong keywords or something because I could not find anything like this.
I have a few projects I would like to use this with.
