Hi all,

I'm using your Beta 8 on my Server and averything looks pretty good. Only two problems I found:

1: /kick {Nickname} does not work. If I type only /kick it will show me the help but when I type /kick Nickname it will do nothing. I do have admin rights while trying that.

2. When using Firefox 2.0.0.1 the Userlist is not refreshed corectly if someone changes the Nick. It will show the message in the Chat window but in the userlist the old name stays. Even after disconnect and reconnect. The only way out of this is to hit the browsers reload button.

I hope these information will help you finishing this great piece of software. I really like to use this chat on my website. But first it needs to be a final ;)

Thanks

I have this quote from the post of the missing private message notification:

kerphi wrote:I think this problem can be fixed with this patch : http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.ph … tid=809603

I just integrated it in the subversion.

please give me some feedback

This patch changed the problem:
1: Using the /kick command with nickname and reason or only nickname brings an error message in the window of the kicked user: missing parameter (/leave [ch|pv [[{channel|nickname}] {reason}]])

2: Renaming is now properly shown in FF2 as well.

Greetings
