Hi, sometimes the user list in the right is incomplete.
Some user has no name, only the icon. They must reconnect.
I didn't find any rule for this and I am not able to reproduce.

This could happen in conjunction with high server load and slow connections/pc.
In my first installation, with default configuration this problem happened often. Then I moved log into /dev/shm, disabled Apache log and changed the refresh time from 3.5 to 5.5 seconds and now the problem happens once or twice a day.
I saw that the problem get solved also removing some files in the /private folder, but it seems that this also locks some private chat.
Hope this can help.

Hi,

I had the same problem, and I removed all my cached stuff in order to make it work again. I also tried to increase the "timeout" value, because a lot of users where complaining about timeouting to often.

I will tell you for sure if it helps.
