The File Container

Hi, i looked a little into the file container and wonder how it exactly works.
How does it lock files etc and how do it update the contents of a file?

Look into src/container/file.class.php
You can also have a look to its textcase located in the testcase/ directory
I cannot explain all the code, please ask precise questions.
