You have to define the language parameter like that :
for a english chat :
$params['language'] = 'en_US';
for a bangla chat :
$params['language'] = 'bn_BD';
Then don't forget to rehash yourchat to take these parameter into account.

This script will enable user to input bangla text in unicode without help of other software installed in his PC for bangla text input.
