[FIX] Bug in configuration option \"timeout\"

Couldn't find the correct name for the parameter discribed as "timeout" in the documentation.

Following error occurs:

_Error: undefined or obsolete parameter 'timeout', please correct or remove this parameter_

I'm repeating :
Be carefull the website install documentation is synchronized with the lastest developpements.
Please look ath the INSTALL.en file which is into the 0.7 archive.

timeout parameter is not available into 0.7 but will be in the 0.8
