Defaul Text Chat Color

Hello?!!!

I still need to know how to delete the color white from the default chat text color.

We have a white background and the default chat text color is white so when someone new comes in the room, we can't read what they type until we tell them to change the their text color.

How/where do I find that to delete it or at least change the default text color to something else?
