How do i install phpFreeChat to a selfhosted Wordpress page?

Hey guys!

I tryed to install phpFreeChat by the plugin import system in wordpress. But it says this:

Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

Plugin install failed.

what can i do to make it work on my site? http://bettingsweden.se

We don't maintain the wordpress plugin, you need to contact the author for that.

Try to install the plugin manualy ... Upload the plugin on the hosting. Unzip the plugin that you've uploaded, view if there are other folders, if there are try to find the original folder with the plugin files, move that folder to wp-content/plugins/ and go activate it from wordpress plugin page .

Is there any way we can do this by ading some plugin as my wordpress blog is not hosted any where. so what are the bet options for me.

Go to your cPanel and upload the .zip file of plugin into wp-content => plugins
or you can use FTP software to upload
