phpbb3 + "who is online" integration

Hello,
im from germany and i cant find any help to integrate the awsome phpfreechat - who is online list into my phpbb3 Forum footer.


I would like to integrate is like this:

Who is online?

All together 5 visitors are on-line: 4 registered, 0 invisible and 1 guest (based on the active visitors of the last 2 minutes)

4 Users are online in chat: User1, User2, User3, User4

Please help me
