Here's my issue:

What is the issue you are experiencing in detail?
Check.php thinks I'm using version of PHP prior to 5.3.0

Are you seeing any error messages, such as javascript errors?
Your php version 5.2.17 must be >= 5.3.0






P.S.: I had to hack the registration form just to register. Please review the bot check question & answers as they don't match.

"Hacking" the form was done as so: Opened html inspector in firefox and changed the "Java" answer and its ID to "11" to correctly answer the question.
