Javascript error on IE8

Hi,

I'm having an issue where the chat works fine in all modern browsers, but on IE8 I have the issue as outlined below. Yes, I realize it's kind of old and I would like to be able to drop support for it entirely, but that's not really feasible, at least for the time being.

The configs for my chats are pretty standard other than changing the title, no advanced config or parameters, but loaded up two fresh configs and the problem is still there. It's on a dedicated server, sorry for using IPs and not FQDNs.

PFC Version: 2.0.0 and 2.0.5 (tested on an earlier version as well, just to be sure)
PHP Version: 5.3

I can't reproduce this on the official demo, although I'm presented with two other Javascript errors, as outlined further down.

The principal issue is that the list of participants on the right-hand side is not displayed when a user is on IE8, and the following Javascript error is given:

This bug should have been fixed so wait for the next release or try the latest code from github.

the bug has been fixed, i remember posting a trouble similar to this and phpfreechat did find out the errors and modifying the script a bit worked. Though i pulled the edits from the github page so cant really remember the modifications that were made. May be you could look into the forum for previous threads and u will find what u need
