Quotes w/ Params

I have little to know php knowledge... When do you use single quotes & when do
you use double quotes, like in params... I would like to change some params (see
other thread), but when I do I get an error in a certain line...

Single or double quotes are likely not the problem. The only difference between them is that double quotes force the line to be parsed, and single quotes are taken as is. It's an extremely minor performance issue, but otherwise probably totally unrelated.
