Commande \"/join xxx\"

Hi all,

I have a problem with the commande "/join xxx" :
- if xxx already exists, the member is added to this room
- if it doesn't exists, the new room "xxx" is created.

How to say that only the adminstrator can make new rooms ? And how to make a jump menu to find all rooms available and go to eachone quickly ? because rooms made with "/join" command does not appear on other chat clients window.

One feature exists to control the new channels creation :
$params["frozen_channels"] = array("channel1", "channel2" );
This parameter will limit the possible channels to "channel1" and "channel2".

However it's not yet possible to limite by user flag (admin flag for example) the channel creation.
Moreover it's not yet possible to display the existing channel list.

These two features are importante and I will work one day on it
