Moderate a channel?

Is there any way to add moderation - so that only ops can talk? WE have business meetings once a year and asking everyone to be adult just doesn't work. I can't kick them, I just need to keep people from talking until it is their turn.

Many people have been interested, however as far as I know no one has implemented this. You might try asking for it for version 2
