History button enable?

Postby harmony » Wed Nov 28, 2012 6:00 pm

Hi, i want to place a history button on the chat so that when users click on this button, the whole history would appear in a new popup window. Is it possible? What i have to do/edit?

Well, the laziest way to do it would be to have it open the chat in a new window, but with the max_msg parameter set very high. You'd probably need to also set max_msg as a dyn_param.

And i have seen an example of a history at a hungarian joomla site (http://vilagvege.net). There is a history button on the chat and when i click on it the history appear plus there are options of chosing time period of history. I would like to do not the "laziest" edit, but the best.. But i would be happy already if i knew how to place a history button on the chat. Thanks for the help in advance!

I'm sorry, but I just don't have time to write your chat modifications for you. I would suggest you check out a free-lancer website and hire someone to do it.
