fresh install not working?

I have installed phpBB3 on my server and have set up a silverlight forum (same as this one) at http://www.kiteconnections.com/viewforum.php?f=1.
I wish to install a chat on the home index page. To intall phpfreechat 2.0.5 I have followed the install notes at:

when I go to the index page http://www.kiteconnections.com the chat is not appearing, only the link to phpbb free chat. no error message.
what have I missed?

Please post the link where the chat is installed.

the chat folders (client,example,server) and all other associated files from the free chat zip folder are in the same directory as the php that runs the silverlight and where all the web pages are.

You forgot to include jquery in your html head before the phpfreechat code.
