Chat with admins

Is it possible the chat to be customized and all visitors to be able to chat only with the admins (there will be two admins) not to chat between them?

I'd also be interested by such a feature in order to reduce the number of private messages we (as admin) receive.

anyone? if it is possible? don't want to start a new discussion. it is related.

It is possible. You need to rewrite the code yourself if you want it to happen though.
