Pushing home page down 1 inch...forcing home page to scroll

Drupal 6....when my home page loads it looks like the chat box is pushing the home page down to where the top of the nickname box is at the bottom of my screen. Phpfreechat loads with the transparent screen asking for nickname and the page scrolls by its self down so you cannot see my home page nav buttons so every time I need to scroll to move the screen up so I just my nav buttons on the site.

What causes the chat to push the home page screen down? Help

Thank you for the response, I will have my web developer look into this, I hope this does it, I will post once we have looked into this.

Still not able to get it to work, it actually pushes the screen up about 3 inches...if I go to my site or if I refresh any other ideas? it pushes my website screen up 3 inches not the chat box screen
