I recently upgraded my joomla to Version 1.5.25 ,this has made my PHP chat not work,just keeps loading so i uninstalled and tried to upload your download but I am constantly getting the message
Error! Could not find an XML setup file in the package.
any idea where im going wrong

Sorry to read you have problem with their plugin, unfortunately PHPFREECHAT is supported as standalone script, you will have to find and get support with the plugin developer..
