Screen jumps in iFrame

Hi, I am implementing this chat as part of phpbb3. The chat window is at the bottom of the browser window in iframe. But when the page loads, the page jumps to the bottom, i.e. to the chat window. This is disconcerting for the user. Any way not to have it jump like that?

My Chat Screen is small, and the guests come in they are right below the comments, and screen moves up and hides the chat entering bar, and I'm not able to write in it without pulling the screen up. Please advise
