Random Timeouts on multiple users

What is the issue you are experiencing in detail?
When multiple users are logged in a batch of them recieves a timeout on the exact same time (mostly 3 to 4 users). I have had the timeout threshold set to hours and even then the timeout occured. This problem doesn't happen when there are less then 6 users logged in at the same time for an entire day. The activity can sometimes be verry low on a daily basis.

I am not able to find any errors in my Apache or SQL logs, nor any in my Drupal reports. The ping does refresh with the users that get a timeout, so there is a connection.

Are you seeing any error messages, such as javascript errors?

Here is a list of things i have tried except the PHPfreechat settings, those mentioned are the only ones i can realy remember:
- DB connections dubbled from 151 to 301 and later to 600 per user
- DB user connections dubbled from 10 to 20 (only active user should be Apache)
- Server from VMware to Physical: Win7 64x Pro, Xampp config (same problem on Ubuntu)

Another possibility is of course the network usage, but I cannot test this at the moment.
The reason I am asking this here is because Drupal module support isn't active, and the problem as described is never mentioned before.

Key features of this problem:
- Only ocures with more then 5/6 users
- Timeout Threshold won't make a difference (only delays the problem)
- Low user activity (usage is for important messages with possibility of discussion, speed in this is needed)
- Multiple users on the same time

I hope anyone can help me with this, im out of troubleshooting ideas and my knowledge of PHP is not sufficient for this.

I did see there is a segment on the forum for CMS related plugins for PHPfreechat.
Is it possible to move the topic to that part then without making a new topic?

Perhaps someone might recognise this problem and that at least would be helpfull.

That forum part is for integration of the standalone script.. so your best bet is going with plugin developer.
