On the image path problem

I have windows xp the following test is good, but the path in windows 2003 the picture above should be unified into a datapublic default is data / public
Please help answer, I am from China, the description is not accurate, please understand!

on windows the data path causes some issues.. so set this parameter manually in the config parameters...

$params["data_public_path"] = "/your/data/directory/path";

example
$params["data_public_path"] = "D:/chat/data/public";
