im using phpfreechat with mybb
i just want to stop the private msg between users but i dont know how
can i do tht??

any help will be appreciated

thank u for help but i put 0 for the max_privmsg
but it didnt work !!!!

cuz i was able to write a private msg for the other users
is there any other way ??

Did you rehash the chat? That's a requirement for it to have an effect. It also may not work on users that have already logged in... you may need to close the browser for a few minutes and then try again.

I have the similar situration.
Can I limit the general users sending the private message but allow administrator to establish the private message between specific users?

If I send the max_privmsg, it also limit admin at the same time.

is there anyway to stop the private msg
