Monitoring chat on-line

We are using PhpFreeChat as on-line consulting service. So, When we chating with some user its important to know when he/she is writing in order to wait finish his/her text, and then answer him/her. What can I do for?

This is not an existing feature of PFC, as it's designed to be a chatroom more than a one on one message service (though we do of course offer the private message feature, but that's not really the "point" of PFC). You're welcome to write your own modification and submit it though.
