Only one of the MSN smileys does not work

Hallo
I have the following Problem:
Locally with XAMPP all MSN smileys work as expected.
But on a real site all work but one: msn_cry.gif delivers only :'(

What could be the reason?

Certainly a bug in pfc. The quote is maybe badly escaped.
If you find the patch to fix the problem, please share it with us.

I changed in theme.txt (msn/smileys) the ' into a * and the problem has vanished

Only one of the MSN smileys does not work
