now tell me the way to disable or work with this error

It's not actually an error, it's more of a heads up... you can just remove it from the index.php file. Everyone will still have admin though until you set $params['isadmin'] = false;

i have already set as follow as

$params["isadmin"] = false;

but still this message comes

Yup, like I said, you can remove it from index.php. It's just html/css.
