Mobile Support

My understanding of version 2 is that it should be responsive to the device which it is being accessed on ie. Mobile, Tablet, PC etc

However on my mobile (iPhone) and also friends mobiles (Both iPhones and Android Devices) it displays it as a standard webpage.

Does the mobile aspect of the version need to be activated in some way ?

Any advice would be great.
