firstadmin parameter in file mode

Good afternoon. I have a problem when working with a script chat.
Chat operates in: mysql and file( var $container_type = 'File'; or mysql). When working in chat mode mysql-edit parameter firstadmin possible impact on the script. But when the chat is working in the mode file-as I would not change the value firstadmin (true or false) - still one the first one to go down, it becomes an admin. How do I fix it?
