Hi Stephane and the phpFreeChat development team
It now takes the Moodle CMS' username as the chat username
In addition, I have extended the functionality of phpFreeChat within a Moodle site.
So you can now...(drum-roll please)....
...embed Youtube videos into the chat-stream via this command:
[y]youtube url[/y]
...embed a voicethread into the chat-stream via this command:
[[vt:voicethread value]]
-or-
[[vtsmall:voicethread value]]
..embed an image (jpg, png, gif) into the chat-stream via this command:
http://website-url.com/filename.jpg or png or gif
ActuallyI found out how to do the image embed from this forum on phpfreechat.net. Heh.
I thought that an image embed was worth having.
Ihave introduced this modified version (distro?) ofphpFreeChat to the Moodle community.
I am sure that this will result in more traffic of interested Moodle users to find outmore about the commands, syntax and nuances of your excellent phpFreeChat.

P.S., I named (christened) the modified version as FreeEmbedChat. I am also respecting yout licensing rules by keeping the green parrot (parakeet? mackaw?) linkback logo on the chat widget.
