Plugin Will not load, Help please!

So I installed this plugin with high hopes! But it currently does not work. It just sits there and says its loading.

Thats the URL where I have it used, When I browsed to the plugin location and manually load chat.php same thing

I read on the "Common Errors" page that this command could help: Check $params["server_script_url"]
only problem is I dont know where to put that snipped of code, and what the EXACT "server_script_url" would be. I'm hosted through DreamHost, I know it works because the manual ZIP archive was uploaded and works fine

Well I can only tell you that phpfreechat works with wordpress but I have never been able to use the WP-plugin unfortunately ....

I faced this problem. Sometimes plugins is not loading in word press sites. Why this problem?
