Private messages (hide other message )- setting admin privil

i have installed Pfc in drupal , and it works great ,but i need private chating ,
that means after running this it show all user message in default chat room ,
it shows chatmessages for admin users and other users also,
my requirement is users could not view the others messages, admin only can view all message.
i need to use this for customercare , so admin can send reply to others, customer cannot chat with others,how can acheive this using pfc , help me to solve.

Your going to have to write your own code/modify the chat yourself in order to accomplish that. PFC is a user chatroom, not a 1:1 customer support software package.
