Just installed the chat today on a drupal site. Finally got the chat to come up, but it only shows user as anonymous and does not show my drupal names. Also, it just keeps saying Anonymous has example... Anonymous564 changes nickname to Anonymous649 and keeps doing that for different anonymous names.
