First, the header code of phpfreechat must go before any text is output to the browser. You'll need to adjust your page so this is true.

Second, it looks like some of your paths may be wrong, but it's dificult to pinpoint exactly what at this point. Fix the other error, and check that you uploaded all the files (and kept them in the same structure they were in).

In that case, you might first try deleting the folders (not the .htaccess file though) in /data/private/

If that doesn't work, you need to check that you uploaded all the files in the correct structure.
