Changing names of channels / rooms

hello. Thank you for your help so far. Now how do i change the names of the rooms from the default "uTchat" and "joomla"?
Which file do i edit?

In the "General" tab, first item, right column, you will see a field labeled "Vos Salons".
Change the room names there. Multiple rooms are separated by a comma.

I have read that you need to rehash after changing these settings. How do you do that?
