login problem with admin users

Hello,

i am using the UTchat component for joomla!

After a time i got the following problem:

i cant connected to the chat, with user(usernames) which are selected as admin in the backend.

normal user and guest could connect to the chat,
only the admin user get a connection to the chat.

The adminuser hold on the screen:
_Chat loading ..._
_Please wait_

Thats it.. no more.. i tried some changes, but nothing work.

Maybe someone knows this problem ?

Maybe this helps:

A configurated admin user couldnt connectect as admin, also he couldnt connect as guest. (same problem i wrote before).

the admin user uses the firefox browser with installt firebug tool.
he received a message from firebug during loading the chat:
-> error in file prototype.js (line 1048)

I'd like to know if it is a specific utchat problem or not.
Could you install a fresh phpfreechat-1.0-beta11 on the same server ?

Do you know if there is a forum for utchat support somewhere ?
I suggest your post this thread link on the utchat support forum or maybe to contact directly the utchat team.

Hello,

we have reinstalled the whole chat whith utchat,
but the same problem.

I dont get any answer from utchat at this time.

Maybe you can give us the information: what happens on

error in file prototype.js (line 1048)

this or the line behind we get the error.

We can login with otherusernames, also new created adminaccounts.
But 2 Adminnames are blocked.

Maybe help?

yes i am using ajax moduls,
i am needing it, cause my template.

i hope we find a way to fix the problem...
