\"Vos Salons\" change does not take effect

Changing "Vos Salons" does not take effect. I changed it to "Room1,Room2", but still shows the old original ones.

I have set the admin password, $utparams['admins']= array("admin" => "1234");, which is same as my Joomla admin password. And then, I've tried: /nick admin and /identify, but the /identify command causes "Identification failure", and will not allow /rehash.

However, changing the "Encodage" to "ISO-8859-1", even though /identify command fails, it does let's me do /rehash. But still, the change in "Vos Salons" does not take effect. Need help. Thanks.
